I'm amazed at how children motivate you to do things you never thought you would. Just a short time ago, I glanced at some blogs but never thought twice about them. Now I check blogs as often as I check my email (which is too often to admit!). Since Lance was born (on October 24th), I've had the desire to start my own blog. And now I finally did. It took longer than I anticipated because of Lance being in the NICU, my recovery from the birth, my major toothache with subsequent root canals, Thanksgiving, main sewer drain blocked completely, and on and on. Mind you, this has all taken place in just 5 weeks of time. So read on -- there are many more posts yet to come!

The blog looks great! You did great with the picture mobile.
Glad you started the blog. Now we can keep up with the comings and goings of the Johnsons. What a busy time you have had as you recuperate from Lance's birth! Keep those posts a'comin'! A. Nancy
Sounds like you have had quite the month. Funny how kids make you want to blog... I had no desire until McKay came along. It is much easier to keep the grandparents up on what is going on to post rather than to e-mail pictures. Congrats on your new arrival. What a cute family you have!
Hi! Stephanie! thanks for doing the blog. It is taking the place of our McLeaf, but it is even better. It is great having family photos on it too. Love, Aunt Sheila

Congratulations on your new little guy. Looks like Lance could be a miniature of his big brother! So fun to see your blog up and running!
