I got to go with Alexa on her FIRST Kindergarten fieldtrip. It was to one of her favorite places: the zoo! It was a good trip riding the bus and Alexa was super excited that I got to come along. Almost every child had a parent that volunteered -- amazing support! Pictured above is Alexa and her best friend at school, Mia.

What a fun trip to the zoo! I like the matching shirts---they are bright enough to see!
Looks like fun. Alexa is getting so "big" (I put big in quotations cuz she is still obviously very tiny for her age but still a big girl). I still remember her as the shy little 2 year old in our nursery class. She was so scared she didn't move (literally) for about a month. And she never really did like it when the other kids came too close! It makes me laugh thinking about it.
Fun field trip and cool pictures. It's cool all of them having shirts alike--easier to keep track of them right?!
