There are 5 classes of 2nd graders at Dallin's school. Each class chose five to participate in the spelling bee and Dallin was one that was chosen! Jared & I were elated since we both participated in spelling bees when we were in grade school. Dallin did so well and WASN'T nervous! He has a talent to be able to focus on what he needs to do without getting distracted.
He got 4th place overall! We're so pleased with how well he did! Here are a few short videos of some of the words he spelled:

Spelling "contestant" incorrect. They taught the kids to be really good sports and focused on the learning and not the competition. I was impressed with the positive attitude and the good experience.
