Houston Children's Museum

We went to the Houston Children's Museum with Jared's parents, Cami & Sydney, and Neil, Kelley & Zachary (Jenni, Matthew & Micah stayed home). It was a first time for Jared, Lance & I. The trip to the museum (30 minutes away) started out well with Alexa & Lance sleeping in the car. Lance stayed asleep when transferred to the stroller and slept for a good two hours (if I remember correctly). So we got to enjoy the big kid parts of the museum while Grammy kept Lance with the younger cousins.

Dallin :)

The kid sized phones were a hit. We went to tons of other places in the museum but mainly took videos with our new digital video camcorder.

Lance is looking up at the giant telephone robot (see picture below)

Alexa in a "boat".

Magnetic toy: you rub the magnetic pen along each square and when it repels, you put a colored dot on it to make a pattern.

Alexa did a pretty good job. The dots she placed were correct and her pattern was a heart. Thanks to Grandpa for taking us there! It is a place that I could go to again.
